Donation Dock Information
Donation Receiving dock is CLOSED on Mondays. We apologize for any inconvenience but want to ensure adequate time for our staff and volunteers to process donations from the weekend drop offs. Donated items will be accepted Tuesday-Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Thanks for everyone’s ongoing support!
Volunteer Information
We are looking for volunters beginning immediately. Duties include assisting customers, interacting with Hope Haven A Division of Imagine the Possibilities clients, sorting and pricing items, as well as replenishing and straightening the sales floor. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude and posses the willingness to have fun on our team! The hours are up to you.
Read Before Donating
Hopefully Yours DOES NOT accept the following items:
- Ammunition, weapons
- Automotive parts, including tires, batteries, motors
- Box springs and mattresses
- Car seats, cribs
- Computers, copiers, printers
- Entertainment centers (pressed board-console TV style)
- Exercise equipment (treadmills)
- Hazardous materials, including liquid cleaners, paints, detergents, fertilizers, weed killers, chemicals, motor oil, etc.
- Large metal desks
- Lawn mowers
- Plumbing fixtures: sinks, shower stalls, toilets
- TV’s
- Used building materials: glass windows, casings, scrap lumber, metal, etc.
- Waterbeds, waterbed frames
- Worn furniture of any kind in poor condition or with any stain
- Large appliances, microwaves
