Tiffany Marlette serves as the President of Strategic Growth and Chief Operating Officer at Imagine the Possibilities and has been named as the successor to the current CEO. Tiffany began her career in 2011 as a Direct Support Professional and HCBS Coordinator at DAC (before the initial merger), an organization providing services to individuals with disabilities with a purpose of helping them to live life to the fullest. She has worked in many facets of the industry, including direct care, compliance, strategic planning, and operations. Tiffany has been instrumental in organizing other mergers and acquisitions for the company, helping to expand its reach across the state of Iowa. She has a passion for strategic growth and change implementation, and she strives to have a positive impact on every team she encounters. Tiffany’s enthusiasm for the Imagine the Possibilities mission extends into all aspects of her life, leading her to serve on local, state, and national committees to help advocate for individuals with disabilities across Iowa.

Bryan Main serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Imagine the Possibilities. Bryan began his career in 2008 as an Administrator and was promoted to Regional Executive Director in 2018. In January of 2025, Bryan was promoted to his current role, where he can take a broader and administrative approach to helping provide disability services across Iowa. Bryan is proud to have successfully developed and implemented company technology and information platforms, elevated three employees to Senior Level staff, and to have successfully transitioned 30 individuals from ICF to HCBS programs. Bryan’s passion is bringing out the best in people, whether it be staff or the individuals he serves. He believes he has found the best place to do so at Imagine the Possibilities.
