Kimberly Kuhn serves as the Regional Executive Director for Region 2 at Imagine the Possibilities. Kim began her career as an HCBS Programmer in 2019. She has since served as a Director of Services before Regional Executive Director. However, Kim began her career in the non-profit sector in 1995, where she relentlessly fought for the advocacy of individuals with disabilities. She explained that she has since built her career around ensuring that individuals with disabilities are treated equally as your “neighbor.” Kim is fiercely passionate about improving the lives of others. She takes on new challenges often and believes that through focused efforts and persistence, positive results will follow. Kim is thankful for the opportunities Imagine the Possibilities has given her, and she expresses gratitude to the incredible leaders and mentors she has had the privilege of working with.

Robin Nims serves as the Regional Executive Director for Region 4 at Imagine the Possibilities. With 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Robin started her journey working in the childcare industry. She then moved to the foster parent system before beginning her work with individuals who have physical and intellectual disabilities, now having dedicated 22 years of her career to bettering the lives of people with disabilities. She is involved in the local Aktion club, encourages individuals to become a member of the community, and provides meaningful opportunities for community integration. Robin has long been an advocate for individuals with disabilities, fighting for their right to no longer have sheltered work environments that pay sub-minimum wages and instead be a catalyst for community-integrated job setting with real work and real wages. Additionally, she has helped pioneer a “no walls” approach to daily living that encourages and supports individual choice and freedom while making the most out of the community in which the individual resides. In doing so, Robin has served as an inspiration to her community, encouraging people to look beyond disabilities and acknowledge the unique abilities of everyone.

April VanHamme serves as the Regional Executive Director for Region 6 at Imagine the Possibilities. Beginning her career at Hope Haven in 2004 (prior to the 2023 merger), April was hired as a Site Manager. Throughout the years, she has been promoted to several positions crucial to the success of the individuals we serve. April believes in the mission of Imagine and says that she is inspired daily to continue to advocate for and help individuals with disabilities. She is passionate about cultivating happiness and peace, believing that everyone deserves to live a fulfilled life. April expresses she is eternally grateful for the leadership roles she has been entrusted with, all of which help her achieve the ultimate goal of providing help through these services.
