About the Award

We believe a legacy is the lasting impact someone has on others. It’s not something that happens by chance — it’s built through thoughtful actions and a commitment to putting people first.

The Todd Seifert Legacy Leader Award was created in 2024 to honor Todd Seifert’s 22 years of leadership and service at Imagine. Like a stone dropped in water, the positive actions of a leader create ripples that continue to spread, even after they’re no longer visible.

This award recognizes long-time employees — whether their work is front and center or behind the scenes — whose dedication has helped shape Imagine into the strong organization it is today.

Nominate a Legacy Leader

Who can be nominated?

To be eligible for the Todd Seifert Legacy Leader Award, a nominee must:

    • Have worked at Imagine for at least 20 years.
    • Be supported by two letters of recommendation from current Imagine employees who were inspired or empowered by the nominee’s leadership.
Who can submit a nomination?
    • Any Imagine employee can nominate someone.
    • If the nominee is the CEO, the Board of Directors must support the nomination.

How to Nominate Someone


What You’ll Need:

    • The nominee’s name and a photo
    • How many years they’ve worked at Imagine
    • A short write-up (500 words or less) describing at least three ways the nominee has made a lasting, positive impact on Imagine, its people, or the wider community
    • Whether the nominee knows they’re being nominated
    • Two letters of recommendation from current employees

Nominations are due by [DATE].

What Happens Next?

    • A review committee will look over all nominations.
    • They may ask for more information if needed.
    • Up to three nominees may be recommended for final review.
    • The Imagine Executive Team will decide if an award will be given each year.
    • You’ll be notified of the decision within 60 days.
